About Me

I am Lesley Pyron, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who is beginning a new chapter into health and medical writing. I have over 30 years experience in the healthcare field and have completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), as well as a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). 

My years of nursing, including APRN, include clinical and leadership in the emergency room, infectious disease, surgical, pediatric emergency room, and primary care. I have served as charge nurse, lead FNP, preceptor, and Program Director/Education for an FNP Residency Program. In academia, I have worked as classroom and clinical faculty for ADN, BSN, and MSN RN/APRN programs.

I am hopeful this new endeavor will allow me to share my extensive knowledge and expertise in nursing with anyone who provides or needs health and medical information that is honest and reliable.
